CNC Turning Lathes: Versatility for Complex Geometries

To meet your specific size, shape, and complexity requirements with CNC turning, we operate using a variety of 3- and 4-axis equipment consisting of some of the largest pieces of equipment in the industry. Depending on your needs, we can complete services using various CNC, horizontal, or vertical lathes, along with CNC turning centers, enabling us to produce parts with a diameter of up to 152″ and a length of 240″. Meanwhile, we can adhere to tight tolerances of ±.001″.

Vertical and Planer Milling Machines: Power and Accuracy

If you require milling solutions for large-scale parts, we use a setup comprising heavy-duty machinery capable of maintaining tolerances up to ±.0005″. We implement 3- and 4-axis CNC vertical machining centers and planer equipment for various applications, along with high-capacity forklifts and hoisting and lifting machinery that can handle up to 15 tons.
